Return Policy & Disclaimer

Returns Policy:

We have a 14-day returns policy from the time you receive your order.

We do not accept returns on sealed items which have the possibility of containing a chase model. This is to maintain collectors integrity for all our customers.

To be eligible for a return, item's must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Any items which don't comply with this unfortunately will not be eligible to be returned.

It is your responsibility for arranging the return postage and covering the cost on items being returned.

To begin a return, please contact us using the "contact us" menu, once we receive your return it shall be inspected to ensure the item is in it's original condition.

 

Disclaimer:

Factory sealed case contents condition isn’t guaranteed as they're straight from factory. And some cases from the factory are occasionally double taped, it’s not common but it does occasionally happen unfortunately
