Refund policy

Returns Policy:

We have a 14-day returns policy from the time you receive your order.

When placing orders please be certain you want to place that order, orders may be cancelled during the handling time before being shipped, however they will incur a cancellation fee of up to 5% of order total to cover non-refundable payment processing fees which we incur.

We do not accept returns on sealed items which have the possibility of containing a chase model. This is to maintain collectors integrity for all our customers.

Any factory sealed boxes/cases which are purchased are none returnable/refundable.

To be eligible for a return, item's must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Any items which don't comply with this unfortunately will not be eligible to be returned.

It is your responsibility for arranging the return postage and covering the cost on items being returned. We only refund the cost of items, we do not refund shipping or return shipping cost.

If your order is faulty, please contact us with 7 days.

To begin a return, please contact us using the "contact us" menu, once we receive your return it shall be inspected to ensure the item is in it's original condition.

Factory Sealed Case Disclaimer:

Factory sealed case contents condition can not be guaranteed as they're straight from factory, some cases from the factory are occasionally double taped, it’s not common but it does occasionally happen unfortunately
THIS DOES NOT MEAN NO CHASE!

There are no refunds on factory sealed cases, contents condition is at your own risk when purchasing. If you would like condition confirming then please purchase individual sets/items instead for safety ✌🏻
