Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory and the items are not fully secured for you until payment is accepted. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled but deposits are non-refundable. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a return for refund. ETA's (expected time of arrival) dates are set by manufacturers and are subject to change at any time. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Build a Box

It is your responsibility when placing an order for building a box that you are commited in the purchase you make, please think carefully before starting to build a box as cancellations on orders will incur a cancellation fee of up to 5% of order total to cover non-refundable payment processing fees which we incur.

Orders

When placing orders please be certain you want to place that order, orders may be cancelled during the handling time before being shipped, however they will incur a cancellation fee of up to 5% of order total to cover non-refundable payment processing fees which we incur.

Factory Sealed Case Disclaimer:

Factory sealed case contents condition isn’t guaranteed as they're straight from factory, And some cases from the factory are occasionally double taped, it’s not common but it does occasionally happen unfortunately
